The modular, flexible design of the lightweight crane system of EUROHOIST. ensures that the cranes are easy and quick to install. LCS cranes can be suspended from building steel structures, but if the plant does not support additional crane loads, our monorail cranes and lifting systems can be used freely and independently. c profiles (1m minimum radius) and curved rails are also available for connecting and integrating several systems together.
Equipped with LX-type electric hoists or hand hoists in single- and double-girder design for lifting capacities of 1.5T and 2T respectively, the LCS can be equipped with lightweight steel construction or aluminum profiles.

The Flexible Girder Lightweight Crane System is a state-of-the-art modular monorail and crane construction project that provides a flexible, ergonomic solution for lifting and moving workstations, consisting of structurally optimized lightweight steel girder sections. The power transmission is provided by LX electric chain hoists driven on structurally optimized lightweight steel beam sections. We supply monorail and single girder cranes with lifting capacities up to 1.5T and double girder cranes with lifting capacities up to 2T.
These value-for-money, extremely durable workstation cranes are customized for individual applications and are particularly suitable for situations with specific handling requirements. Flexible girder lightweight crane systems can be suspended from building structures. The monorail and flexible girder lightweight crane system can be supported separately in cases where the building is not capable of carrying additional crane loads. Curved profiles (minimum radius 1m) and turntables can also be used to connect several systems together.
Even where overhead cranes have been assembled across the shop floor, the workstation cranes of the Flexible Girder Lightweight Crane System are able to significantly increase the productivity of the workplace. And because a single job at a localized workstation generally requires repeated lifting of lighter loads, operational efficiency will continue to increase. In these cases, workers are required to spend a significant amount of time waiting for the bridge structure crane to become available for work, and then also spend more time pulling the main crane to the lifting point.
Standardized suspension and bolted connections make installation and modification or extension easier. The closed profile of the flexible girder lightweight crane system not only provides protection for the trolley equipment, but also offers almost effortless manual operation due to the fact that the rolling resistance of the suspended loads is only about 1% of the load capacity. Standardized motorized lifting and lowering makes it possible to have motorized travel movement available even when manual travel is not available or suitable.
