Serving the global oil and gas industry, the new bridge cranes that provide Dunlop with the hoses required for oil and offshore in all stages of oil and gas field development need to meet their unique process requirements. These cranes have been specifically designed to fit the existing limited space and meet the lifting coverage area.

Overhead cranes play an important role in efficiently manufacturing different hoses, easily switching from one hose production type to another for different and urgent needs. A long mandrel of diameter is formed on the hose to define the surrounding hose in a specified pattern, constructed of resin and steel. The mandrel is transported to the hose processing machine with a crane, and the finished product is unloaded and transported to the workshop for testing.

"In the main work area, six single-beam cranes are arranged, and two three-truss cranes are configured to use rigid links. Traditional cranes are limited to a limited height, with a span of 18 meters, the main beam height will be large. Depth of the crane beam, the main beam is spliced by two sections of 9.144 meters. Considering the height limitation, you can use the ZX 64 LH-low headroom hoist of Eurohoist. And the lifting mechanism on the cross beam, running along the lower edge of the main beam, can minimize the headroom under the main beam.

In the second workshop, short-length heavy and high-diameter hoses were produced, and a 15-ton double-girder crane safe working load was installed. This is the time of installation from the production of one hose to another. In the first stage of use, the crane is equipped with three cranes to provide six-liter capacity, three tons and six tons. This caused most of the hose weight to be lifted by six tons at the small mainframe end used to prevent sagging in the center. Subsequently, a rigid pipe has been made in the field so the crane has been redesigned to double 7.5 tons to lift the entire hose and double-lift. The 20-ton double-girder crane in the testing and storage area uses double 10-ton cranes to handle the installation of cables and drums.
