Steel Plate and Block Handling

Covering steel plate pretreatment, block assembly, equipment outfitting, and slipway operations, with bridge, gantry, or multi-crane coordinated solutions selectable according to the load spectrum.

Wind Load and Corrosion Protection

Outdoor equipment is configured with anchoring, wind-resistant braking, surface anti-corrosion, and electrical protection according to the project wind zone, salt spray, and hot-humid environment, with operating boundaries included in interlocks.

Tandem Lifting and Visualization

For workpieces with significant center-of-gravity variation, dual-crane tandem lifting, synchronous control, load monitoring, and wireless operation can be used, supporting lifting plan review and process records.

The final configuration must be verified at project level in combination with rated load, load spectrum, span, lifting height, operating cycle, environmental conditions and local regulations.
