Precise operation for efficient production, essential for pickling workshops
The fully automatic steel pipe crane (intelligent crane) is operated through three modes: manual (push-button) operation, semi-automatic (partially automatic) and fully automatic operation of the entire machine.
• 1. Manual (push-button) operation:
Manual maintenance operation is carried out via the remote control provided with the intelligent crane (fully automatic steel pipe crane), equipped with a locking device to switch between semi-automatic/automatic control and remote control, ensuring that operators can safely carry out crane maintenance work.
• 2. Semi-automatic (partially automatic) operation:
A monitoring computer installed at a suitable position below each unmanned crane enables semi-automatic operation. Its interface is available in Chinese and English and includes preset command buttons. Operators select the required commands using a touchscreen or mouse, and the crane automatically performs the corresponding actions.
• 3. Fully automatic operation of the entire machine:
The fully automatic steel pipe crane communicates with the system to receive operating commands and process information, such as the length and weight of incoming steel pipes. The crane performs the required operations and sends the results back to the system, enabling unmanned operation throughout the workshop.
