Project address: Within the Zhangjiagang Recycling Technology Industrial Park, on the southwest side of the original Zhangjiagang City (Dongsha) waste landfill. The southeast side of the project is Jing'er Road, the southwest side is adjacent to Dongfu River, and the north is bordered by a hazardous waste landfill.

Project scale: The total treatment scale is 3000t/d of domestic waste per day. Among them, the current phase of the project has a treatment scale of 2250t/d, equipped with 3 sets of 750t/d mechanical grate incinerators and 2 sets of 30MW pure condensing steam turbine generator units.

Our company supplies 3 fully automatic waste grab cranes, equipped with 4 sets of 10m³ grabs (3 in use, 1 standby), and 2 sets of 3.2m³ sludge grabs, responsible for the design, manufacturing, supply, equipment matching, packaging, transportation, insurance, taxes, installation guidance, commissioning guidance, assistance in trial operation, system acceptance tests, and related technical services of all equipment within the supply scope.

3 incineration lines treating 750t/d of waste, equipped with 3 fully automatic waste cranes. The automated cranes can freely switch between manual/semi-automatic/fully automatic modes. Under normal conditions, they operate in fully automatic mode: automatic grabbing and turning of waste, automatic feeding into the feed hopper. In emergencies, manual mode can be used.

The waste grab crane needs to complete the following tasks:

1. Feeding the incinerator;

2. Moving waste from designated locations to facilitate the unloading of waste transport vehicles and the discharge of leachate;

3. According to operational management requirements, moving waste within the pit to designated areas.

The waste pit is equipped with a sludge storage pit. Among the finished waste cranes, two cranes, in addition to being equipped with waste grabs, need to have a 3.2m3 sludge grab configured on the left or right side to meet the 200t/d sludge feeding requirement.
