● ZX wire rope electric hoist up to 80 tons SWL
● Lifting height up to 70M
● Working class up to M7
● Compared with traditional motor-braked hoists, the unique hoist design equipped with gearbox braking provides higher safety, reliability and maintainability.
● Load safety is further upgraded.
● Even when the hoist motor is removed, or in the event of failure of the hoist motor coupling, motor connection or motor shaft, the hoist brake can still brake the load.
● The heat generated by the hoist brake will not penetrate into the hoist motor, ensuring a lower operating temperature inside the hoist motor.
● Greatly improves the ease of operation and ease of maintenance of the hoist brake.
No external hoist gears
● Enclosed hoist gearbox with hardened, precision-ground helical gears, all lubricated in an oil bath.

Guide rollers with long service life on the single-girder trolley eliminate wheel rim wear
● Guide rollers are used to replace the wheel rim, making its life longer. On traditional hoists, the wheel rim is a very easily worn component.
● At the same time, it also eliminates wear on the crane beam flange.
● The application of guide rollers and flangeless wheels not only reduces rolling resistance, but also improves the controllability and stability of the trolley.
